BombTech Golf “Spring Sweepstakes” Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The BombTech Golf “Free Golf for a Year” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Agora Brands LLC (“Sponsor”), 1005 Congress Ave Ste 925, Austin, Texas, 78701, United States.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

There are two ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $200 USD spent in a single transaction at bombtechgolf.com, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

• Example:
  
• $200 purchase = 1 entry
  
• $400 purchase = 2 entries

Entries earned through purchase are automatically recorded at checkout.

Returned or refunded purchases will void the associated entries.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, visit [https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/c7e050-222719?framed=1] and complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing your full name, email address, and state of residence during the Sweepstakes Period.  AMOE entries under 4.B. are weighted identically to  Purchase Entries under 4.A and are processed in the same drawing pool.

Limit one (1) free entry per person via this method.

5. Entry Limits

There is no limit to the number of entries earned via qualifying purchases. Limit one (1) free entry per person via the Alternate Method of Entry.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive “Free Golf for a Year,” awarded as payment of golf-related membership fees on the winner’s behalf, up to a maximum value of $2,000 USD.

Eligible expenses may include:

• Annual golf club memberships
  
• Public or private course membership dues
  
• Golf league or season pass fees

The following expenses are NOT eligible: golf equipment, apparel, food and beverage charges, cart fees, greens fees for individual rounds, one-time initiation fees, or any non-membership expenses.

The prize:

• Will be paid directly by Sponsor to the applicable golf course, club, or organization within thirty (30) days of winner providing Sponsor with: (a) the name and contact information of the golf facility; and (b) an invoice or written confirmation of membership cost from the facility
  
• Will not be paid as cash or store credit
  
• Must be used within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation
  
• May be fulfilled in one or multiple payments, not to exceed $2,000 total
• Requires winner to provide proof of membership eligibility and acceptance by the golf facility
  

Any portion of the prize not used within the stated period will be forfeited.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000 USD

7. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 7, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.  The potential winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and a liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to complete and return these documents within the specified time will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. The value of the prize may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner if the prize value equals or exceeds six hundred dollars ($600). Winner must complete IRS Form W-9 as a condition of prize acceptance.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and state of residence worldwide in perpetuity in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for advertising, trade, promotional, and other purposes without further compensation or notification. This includes, but is not limited to, use in advertisements, social media, websites, and promotional materials. Tennessee residents may be required to execute a separate publicity release. Winners may not authorize any other use of their name, likeness, or participation in this Sweepstakes without Sponsor's prior written consent.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or unauthorized human intervention.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will approve expenses that meet the following objective criteria: (a) payment is made directly to a licensed golf facility in the United States; (b) the expense is for annual membership dues, season pass fees, or golf league fees only (not equipment, apparel, food/beverage, cart fees, or one-time initiation fees); (c) winner provides proper documentation including facility invoice or membership agreement; and (d) the total amount does not exceed $2,000. Sponsor reserves the right to reject expenses that do not meet these criteria or that appear fraudulent or commercially unreasonable.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (c) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or website; (d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (f) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; (g) any changes in golf facility availability, membership terms, or pricing; (h) any actions or omissions by third-party golf facilities; and (i) any injury, death, or property damage that may occur while participating in golf activities. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at bombtechgolf.com and incorporated herein by reference.

14. Winners List

To obtain the winner’s name, send a written request to Sponsor at the address listed above within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes ends.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW.

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall you be entitled to recover attorneys' fees or other legal costs; (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages and any other damages (other than actual out-of-pocket expenses) and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising outof or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. For residents of states that prohibit arbitration clauses in sweepstakes rules, this arbitration provision shall not apply and disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.
